Relysorb®5132

【Product Overview】

     Relysorb^® 5132 is a functional masterbatch composed of multiple antioxidant on a PE carrier. The effective antioxidant content is more than 40% , which is specicall designed for the antioxidant function masterbatch of buried steel pipe PE anticorrosion layer industry.

    So that the product can meet the requirements of GB/T 23257-2017 for PE oxidantion induction period , and has better oxidant induction period than the traditonal antixoidant formula.

    To a certain exten , the effect of using PE recycling material in  the formulation on the oxidantion induction period was reduced.

【Product Applications】 

    Relysorb^®5132 using antioxidant formular combination of  optimizaiton improve oxidation induction timeof PE cable material , widely used in insulated wire and cable with polymer
(including polyolefins and elastomers).

    Better effect, the perfect fusion feature makes it easy to blend into the polymer , and other polymer system without dispersion problems.

    The recommended addition amount of this product is 1-3% , the specific amount of additon depends on the aging resistance of the product requirements of the client.
