Relysorb ® N70 is a new type of phosphorus and nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant with a macromolecular structure of acid source, gas source and carbon source. The flame retardant is achieved by expanding into carbon and gas phase flame retardant mechanism. This product is suitable for PP, PE, TPE, glass fiber reinforced PP and other polyolefin materials, meet the requirements of REACH and RoHS

【Points for Attention】

 1.The bag is ready to use, if the bag is opened for a long time, it is recommended to dry at 100-110℃ for 2h, moisture will affect the dispersion of the product in the substrate. 

 2. On the premise of ensuring the dispersion of flame retardant and uniform blending, the processing temperature of the twin screw should not be too high to avoid the decomposition of a small amount of flame retardant and resulting in slight foaming. At the same time, a certain vacuum degree must be maintained in the process of twin-screw extrusion. 

 3.the system has an adverse effect on flame retardant substances:

① colorant, phthalocyanine green and other Cl containing colorant will lead to flame retardant failure; When the carbon black dosage is more than 0.5%, the flame retardancy decreases. ② Inorganic fillers, such as glass fiber, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, barium sulfate, etc., will affect flame retardant.
③ Adding additives containing Br and Cl will lead to the failure of the flame retardant.
【Storage and packaging】 This product should be kept away from light, moisture, low temperature and dry ventilation when transported and stored. 25 kg kraft paper bags, lined with plastic bags, or according to customer's specifications
